Ingredients
For mini cupcakes:
3
eggs
separate yolk and white
3
tbsp
butter

cup
sugar
1/2
cup
milk

cake flour
or all purpose flour

tbsp
ground cinnamon

tbsp
baking powder
For filling and frosting:
1
can dulce de leche
sugar and ground cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
For mini cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
Beat egg whites and set aside.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks, butter and sugar. Add milk and flour little by little and keep on beating.
Add cinnamon and baking powder.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour batter in prepared mini cupcake liners and bake for around 15 to 20 minutes.
Let them cool a little.
Assembling:
Make a small hole in the center of cupcake and fill with dulce de leche. Coat the whole top with dulce de leche and cover with sugar and cinnamon.
